TERMS:

• Prepayment, Credit Card, or net 30 days (with approved credit). We accept Master Card, Visa and Paypal. Credit Cards will be charged prior to shipping. Overdue accounts will be charged 1.67% per month on the overdue balance.
  Returned checks will incur a $25 service charge.

PACKAGING:

• ALL Essential oils are shipped in Dark Blue or Amber glass bottles for protection from the elements.
  •  15 ml (1/2 oz) and 30 ml (1 oz) sizes are packed in amber bottles with tamper evident caps and orifice reducers for measured drops.
  •  118 ml (4 oz) 237 ml (8 oz) and 476 ml (16 oz) essential oils are packed in colbalt blue glass bottles - no orifice reducer
• The 8, 16, oz bottles may be shipped in individual styrofoam containers for added safety and protection.
• Bulk orders of larger volumes are packaged according to the customers needs.

RETURNS:

• We stand behind our products 100%.
• Should a return or cancellation be requested, pre-authorization is required. Please email us at support@ahealingessence.com
• A $5 or 10% of order restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be charged unless the return or cancellation was the result of our error.
