Healing Properties of Bourbon Geranium Essential Oil:
Geranium oil is a very comforting, soothing and healing oil and has many uses including skin care. When Geranium oil is used in skin care, it can help to reduce wrinkles and aging effects of skin, reduce blotchiness, smooth dry skin and heal acne. Geranium oil is excellent at controlling oily skin as well. Pure Geranium Essential Oil (oil of Pelargonium Asperum) also helps women going through menopause and can be very emotionally balancing. This essential oil also helps with PMS symptoms such as swollen breasts and fluid retention. In addition to these healing properties, Geranium oil helps to increase circulation and can be an effective remedy for rheumatism, kidney stones, and hemorrhoids. Use Geranium Essential Oil in a cosmetic product and take advantage of its highly effective soothing and wrinkle smoothing properties - remedy acne, dry skin, dermatitis and cellulite. Blends well with most other oils, adding a rosey, sweet element.

Contraindications: Avoid Geranium oil use in pregnancy. May irritate highly sensitive skin. Not to be used neat.
